Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and contact you about your account.
• Your learning progress: which words you've heard and how often, your flashcards and review answers, daily goal and streak.
• Videos you add and your feedback on them (thumbs up or down, why you stopped).
• Usage: what you search for, minutes watched, and basic technical logs that keep the service running.

Who else handles it

We use a few services to run Tuloy. They get only what they need for their part:

• OpenAI transcribes video audio, explains words, grades your review answers and powers video search. It receives the video audio and text, your review answers and your search terms.
• Stripe processes payments. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• YouTube plays the videos through its embedded player, which means YouTube (Google) can see that you watched them, under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.

Organizations

In a family, class or team, members share a video library and credits. Your words, flashcards and progress stay private to you.

Getting or deleting your data

Email us and we'll send you a copy of your data or delete your account and everything tied to it. Videos you added may stay in the shared library so others can keep watching them.
