What Tuloy is

Tuloy helps you learn Tagalog by watching YouTube videos. It writes subtitles, explains words, and schedules short reviews. It's a learning tool: the subtitles and AI explanations are usually right, but they can be wrong, so please don't rely on them for anything important.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. If you create an organization (a family, class or team), you're responsible for who you invite to share its library and credits.

Credits

• Watching a video that has already been prepared is free.
• Preparing a new video costs 1 credit per minute of video. An AI video search costs 3 credits.
• New accounts get 50 free credits. Credits never expire.
• Credits are not refundable and can't be exchanged for money, except where the law requires it.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Videos you add

Videos play through YouTube's own player and stay on YouTube. When you add one, Tuloy creates subtitles and word notes for it, and other people may then watch that video in Tuloy for free. Only add videos you're allowed to watch, and don't use Tuloy to copy or redistribute anyone's content.

Fair use of the service

Don't try to break, overload or scrape Tuloy, or use it to harm other people. We may suspend accounts that do. We may also change or remove features.
